This is a heavy winter preparatory fertilizer designed to stimulate root growth and give essential nutrients to ensure the lawn thrives through the colder months ahead. This will also allow the turf to emerge from dormancy faster in the spring. Winter annual weeds treated. 

Lime is used to manage the pH balance by adding calcium and magnesium to the soil. This service can be completed any time throughout the year. 

Aeration is the process of perforating the soil with small holes to improve air, water and nutrient penetration to the root zone. Thick thatch layers (excess dead grass) and compacted soil restricts root growth, which can lead to stunted growth in the lawn. This is highly recommended to distressed lawns with minimal viable turf. 

Seeding is typically done after an aeration, it helps to get the seeds directly into the soil to create the ideal conditions for germination. Seeding the lawn will help fill in thin/ bare areas in the turf all the while introducing improved grass seed varieties.
